Chloe had a similar tantrum this morning when she wanted her dress shoes put on over her sleeper. I suggested she put on her boots (we were taking Caleb out to meet the bus) but she was bound and determined to get those things on her feet. We settled the issue by having her get dressed. Her dress shoes fit just fine over her socks, though by that point she wanted her sneakers instead. Maybe the girl just has too many pairs of footwear!

2 things: 1- the aquarium pix from your previous post turned out REALLY cool. 2- you have the cutest kids. even when they are being dramatic.
First you want her to wear shoes then you tell her no, what's a little kid to do?! Wonderful, and just the kind of thing you need to remember.
